Poulsbo City Hall
A new 60,000 square foot city hall, municipal court and police annex with 1.5 levels of underground parking. The building overlooks the downtown core and bay and features a marine motif that reflects the rich Scandinavian culture and history of the town. The entry atrium connects two streets at different levels. The concrete and steel structure has an exterior envelope comprised of timber panel siding, stucco, hardipanel, precast and brick, storefront and curtainwall glazing elements. Site work includes undergrounding and re-routing of existing utilities combined with new utility work. Green roofs at all lower structures enhance the views at upper floors.
